What is Re-Connect?
​This five-week program is a transformative journey designed to reconnect you with your true self.
Through embodied practices, you’ll tap into your inner wisdom, learn to trust your intuition, unwind and deepen your connection to your body. The program is rooted in values of authenticity, self-discovery, and personal freedom, guiding you to live in alignment with your true essence.
By the end, you'll feel more grounded, confident, and empowered to express yourself in every aspect of life.​

Need to destress and slow down: With small bite sized practices you learn how to ground and listen to your body, finding your own balanced way of living and creating pockets of calm and peace.

The Content
1st Week
Connect
Build a more intimate relationship with yourself. Learn to listen and feel your body, regulate your state, and awaken your senses with movement and meditations.
2nd Week
Release
Let go of what no longer serves you. Learn to relax tension, unhelpful beliefs and behaviours. Overall, allow the body and yourself to simply BE a little more without adding any extras.
3rd Week
Embrace
Embrace yourself more fully, generating compassion and self love. We will foster deep self care and cultivate kindness towards yourself (and others) through embodied practice.
4th Week
Claim
The fourth week will focus on boundaries and generating a stronger sense of action, sovereignty and inner strength. Not by adding extra but by gently tapping into the existing powers you hold.​
5th Week
Unfold
The final week is about letting things arise more than doing. Learning to trust your creative potential and allow all else to unfold. Cultivating lightness and playfulness to let your authentic innocent true self shine.

What this is not

While offering a trauma informed container, this is not therapy or explicitly addressing trauma healing.

This is an interactive course based on participation, practice and engagement. Do not expect to be served results on a silver platter. If you're just looking to consume, this is not the right place.
Facilitator
Christina Dohr
As a trauma aware Embodiment Facilitator, with a passion for dance and relationship dynamics, I return to the body as a resource and ally.
When we are connected to ourselves and establish a kind, loving and attentive relationship, all else falls into place too.

This program is really designed to help strip away a need to be anything that you are not by first adding a few practices to gain self-awareness and eventually choice.
More about the facilitator
Christina is an Embodiment Coach and Facilitator, passionate contact improvisation practitioner and movement lover.
​
As a coach she creates compassionate spaces to explore and understand emotions and patterns to unlock the key to living a more fulfilling life.
Born in Germany, currently based in Thailand, she has embraced a largely nomadic life and offers workshops and classes around the world. Always adding humour and lightheartedness to the deep inquiries.
She daws on her own quest to know, trust and express herself more fully, and a vast amount of practices she found along the way including meditation, dance, embodied movement, breath, Aikido and neo-tantra, communication practices.

Her main aim is to get you out of the head and into the body to find inner strength and peace.
