About the event
The Certification of Embodiment Coaching (CEC) is a live, online course giving you the principles and tools needed to coach effectively with the body.
With the support of our experienced team, you’ll take a deep dive into your own embodiment, learning a host of techniques from a variety of different modalities to use in your own life.
You’ll then explore ways to teach these tools to your clients to bring about real, lasting change and support them in their growth.
The course is made up of live online webinars, peer-to-peer learning, video support, and home practices, with the opportunity to practise with real life clients and participants to solidify the learning.
