About the event
Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from your own boundaries?
Are you ready to discover how to say no in a loving way without backing down?
꧁༺ FIERCE AND TENDER ༻꧂
In this workshop, we will use somatic tools, movement, breath and creative expression to help you connect with your own inner strength and intuition.
We will explore how the qualities of fierceness and tenderness can be embodied and used in setting healthy boundaries.
Fierceness is often associated with strength, assertiveness, and boundaries that are clearly communicated and firmly held. Tenderness, on the other hand, is often associated with softness, vulnerability, and the ability to connect with others in a compassionate way.
Throughout the workshop, we will discover how to embody the balance between fierceness and tenderness when setting boundaries, so that we maintain a sense of empathy and compassion towards ourselves and others. We will explore how to notice when boundaries get crossed and how to set them better in a grounded way, where they are not aggressive but loving and firm.
